Can I use sparkling water instead of still water?

Yes, sparkling water gives the drink a bubbly, refreshing twist. Substitute all or part of the water with it for extra fizz.

What fruits work best in these drinks?

Fresh strawberries, lemon, lime, and cucumber are excellent choices. Feel free to experiment with your favorite seasonal fruit.

How do I make it sweeter without sugar?

You can use stevia drops or naturally sweeten with extra fruit. Adjust the amount of syrup or enhancer to suit your taste.

Are these suitable for special diets?

Yes, they're typically vegan, gluten-free, and low calorie. Check ingredient labels for any specific allergens if needed.

Can I prepare these drinks ahead of time?
