Carbonara Ramen Fusion Dish

Featured in: Daily Cravings

This dish combines the creamy, cheesy richness of Italian carbonara with the quick convenience of ramen noodles. Cook the noodles while whisking eggs, Parmesan, cream, and pepper to create a smooth sauce. Crisp bacon or pancetta is sautéed to add savory depth, then combined with butter and garlic for fragrance. Toss noodles off heat with the egg mixture to form a silky coating, adding reserved cooking water if needed. Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. The vegetarian option skips meat and adds more butter or olive oil for richness. Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s a flavorful, speedy fusion perfect for any mealtime.
