I first made these Nutella Pretzel Brownie Bites for a weekend get-together, and everyone was amazed at how the flavors complemented each other. They quickly disappeared from the dessert tray!

Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter: 1/2 cup (115 g), melted
  • Granulated sugar: 1 cup (200 g)
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1/3 cup (40 g)
  • All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup (65 g)
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread: 1/2 cup (150 g)
  • Small salted pretzels: 24 pieces

Instructions

Prepare oven and pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease.
Mix butter and sugar:
Whisk melted butter and sugar in a large bowl until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla:
Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisk until smooth and glossy.
Add dry ingredients:
