# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease thoroughly.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until fully blended.
03 - Incorporate eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
04 - Sift in unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir gently to combine, avoiding overmixing.
05 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of batter into each mini muffin cup.
06 - Dollop about 1 teaspoon of Nutella atop each portion of batter. Swirl lightly using a toothpick or skewer.
07 - Press a small salted pretzel gently into the top of each portion.
