A vibrant and beautiful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic. This board features a medley of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads for a sweet and savory gathering everyone will enjoy.

Last summer, I put together a brunch board like this for my friends, and it instantly became the centerpiece of our gathering. Everyone loved layering jams and cheeses on warm, crusty bread in their own creative way.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie (sliced), 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar (sliced), 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese (crumbled)
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette (sliced), 1/2 loaf sourdough (sliced), 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries (halved), 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach (sliced)
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Arrange Spreads:
Place jams and honey in small serving bowls and distribute evenly around a large wooden board or platter.
Add Butter:
Transfer whipped butter into a small bowl and position it on the board.
Set Cheeses:
Neatly arrange brie, cheddar, and goat cheese sections on the board.
Breads & Crackers:
Fan out baguette and sourdough slices and arrange crackers on the board.
Distribute Fruits:
