Spinach Feta Stuffed Chicken (Printable)

# Method:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat thoroughly.
02 - Sauté spinach and minced garlic in a skillet until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and combine with crumbled feta in a small bowl.
03 - Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through. Spoon spinach-feta mixture into each pocket.
04 - Close the filled chicken breasts with toothpicks. Season all sides with salt and black pepper.
05 - Arrange stuffed chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
