# What you'll need:
→ Spices
01 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
03 - 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
04 - Pinch of ground cloves
→ Main
05 - 2 cups unsweetened oat milk
06 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder
07 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
→ Optional Garnish
09 - Cinnamon stick or sprinkle of ground cinnamon
# Method:
01 - In a small saucepan, combine oat milk, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is steaming but does not boil.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove the warmed oat milk mixture from heat. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour the prepared matcha evenly into two mugs. Slowly top each with the spiced oat milk, creating a subtle layered effect if desired.
05 - Add a cinnamon stick or lightly dust with ground cinnamon as garnish. Serve immediately for optimal warmth and flavor.
