# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Combine butter and chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over barely simmering water until fully melted.
03 - Whisk in granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
04 - Sift in flour, matcha powder, and sea salt. Stir gently until just combined.
05 - Fold in white miso paste with a spatula, leaving streaks for a marbled appearance.
06 - Transfer batter to pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until set yet fudgy. Cool completely before slicing.
07 - Beat mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until thick and smooth.
08 - Quickly dip ladyfinger biscuits into cooled chai tea and arrange at the bottom of serving cups.
09 - Spread mascarpone cream over ladyfingers, then dust surface with cinnamon, cardamom, and cocoa powder.
10 - Refrigerate assembled tiramisu for at least 2 hours before serving.
11 - Blend cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8-inch square pan.
