# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large clean bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue whipping until stiff, glossy peaks are achieved.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, taking care not to deflate the batter.
05 - Divide the batter evenly among bowls for each desired color. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and fold gently for uniform color.
06 - Spoon colored batter onto the prepared baking sheet in side-by-side dollops, creating a rainbow pattern. Swirl with a spatula if a marbled effect is preferred.
07 - Bake for 25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
08 - Allow cloud bread to cool briefly on the baking sheet before removing. Serve immediately for optimal fluffiness.
