# What you'll need:

01 - 2 large flour tortillas
02 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise or cranberry sauce

03 - 3.5 oz roast turkey or chicken, sliced
04 - 1.75 oz cooked stuffing, crumbled
05 - 1.75 oz roast potatoes, sliced or chopped
06 - 1 oz cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts), chopped
07 - 2 tbsp gravy (optional)
→ Fresh Additions
08 - 1 small handful fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Heat tortillas in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10 seconds until pliable.
02 - Spread mayonnaise or cranberry sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 0.8 inch border.
03 - Place spinach or lettuce leaves first, then layer sliced turkey or chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, and chopped vegetables.
04 - Drizzle gravy over the fillings if desired, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, roll tightly from the bottom, and slice in half.
06 - Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later consumption.
