# Method:
- Using a large sharp knife, slice a thin piece off the watermelon base to ensure it sits flat and stable.
- Cut a wedge from one end of the watermelon to form the open mouth of the shark. Scoop out the flesh with a melon baller and reserve the balls for decoration.
- Carve triangular teeth along the edge of the shark's mouth using a paring knife for detail.
- Attach the eyes above the mouth by stacking a mini marshmallow or banana slice with a black grape or blueberry using toothpicks for stability.
- Place the reserved watermelon balls spilling from the shark’s mouth onto a large serving platter.
- Arrange strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, pineapple chunks, kiwi slices, and orange segments around the shark in colorful waves.
- Fill spaces with pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, and fresh mint leaves to enhance texture and appearance.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to maintain freshness.
