  • Fresh Fruit: 8 large strawberries (rocket tips), 1 cup pineapple chunks (rocket flames), 1 cup green grapes (rocket body), 1 cup blueberries (decorative windows), 1 banana sliced thickly (rocket body)

Instructions

Step 1:
Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry.
Step 2:
Cut the banana into thick slices, about 1/2 inch each.
Step 3:
To assemble each rocket, start by threading a pineapple chunk onto the bottom of the skewer (for the rockets flame).
Step 4:
Add 1–2 green grapes above the pineapple.
Step 5:
Place 1 banana slice above the grapes.
Step 6:
Add 1–2 blueberries as the decorative windows.
Step 7:
Top with a whole strawberry (point facing up) as the rocket tip.
Step 8:
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to create 8 rocket ship skewers.
Step 9:
Arrange skewers on a platter and serve immediately.

Method

Phase 01
