# What you'll need:
→ Bread
01 - 1 French baguette, sliced into 12 rounds (1/2 inch thick each)
→ Cheese
02 - 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed if preferred, sliced
→ Topping
03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
04 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp honey (optional)
06 - 1 tbsp chopped toasted pecans or walnuts (optional)

07 - Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
# Method:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange baguette slices on the lined baking sheet and toast in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes until lightly golden.
03 - Remove the toasted slices from the oven and place a slice of Brie on each baguette round.
04 - Return the tray to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until Brie just begins to melt.
05 - Top each crostini with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
06 - Drizzle with honey and scatter chopped toasted nuts if using.
07 - Garnish with additional rosemary and freshly cracked black pepper if desired. Serve warm.
