# What you'll need:
→ Coffee
01 - 2 shots (2 fl oz) freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
→ Pistachio Milk
02 - 1 cup (8 fl oz) pistachio milk, store-bought or homemade
→ Sweetener & Flavor
03 - 2 tablespoons pistachio paste, unsweetened or lightly sweetened
04 - 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey, to taste
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
→ Garnish
06 - 2 tablespoons whipped cream, optional
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
# Method:
01 - Extract espresso or brew strong coffee using your preferred method. Set aside.
02 - In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine pistachio milk, pistachio paste, sugar or honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined and heated through without boiling.
03 - Employ a milk frother or vigorously whisk the pistachio milk mixture until foamy and aerated.
04 - Evenly divide the hot espresso between two mugs.
05 - Pour the warm, frothed pistachio milk mixture over the espresso. Top each beverage with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios if desired. Serve immediately.
