This brunch board was a highlight at our last family gathering, bringing everyone together over delicious, colorful food.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 8 large eggs 1 tsp white vinegar (for boiling)
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette, sliced 6 slices rustic sourdough bread 12 assorted crackers
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) soft goat cheese 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar, cubed 100 g (3.5 oz) brie, sliced
  • Fresh Fruits: 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved 1 cup grapes, separated into small clusters 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Vegetables: 1 cup baby carrots 1 cup cucumber rounds 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • Spreads & Dips: 1/2 cup hummus 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup fruit preserves (apricot or raspberry) 1/4 cup herbed cream cheese
  • Garnishes: Fresh dill sprigs Fresh parsley Edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

Step 1:
Hard-boil the eggs: Bring a saucepan of water with vinegar to a boil. Gently add eggs, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool, then peel. Optionally, dye eggs using natural food coloring for a festive touch.
Step 2:
