# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt in a small bowl until evenly blended.
03 - Brush melted butter on both sides of each tortilla. Sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture evenly over both sides.
