# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.
02 - Dissolve instant coffee granules in hot water; allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, heavy cream, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and dissolved coffee until smooth.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk all-purpose flour with baking soda and salt.
05 - Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently, just until combined; avoid overmixing.
06 - Fold in chopped nuts and chocolate chips if using.
07 - Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, smoothing the surface.
