# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It satisfies that craving for something sweet and frozen without any ice cream maker required
  • The combination of cold creamy yogurt and crisp apple pieces creates a texture that keeps you coming back for just one more piece
02 -
  • The yogurt mixture might seem too sweet when you taste it before freezing, but the cold actually mutes sweetness so do not be afraid to add an extra teaspoon of honey
  • Breaking the bark while it is still slightly pliable, right out of the freezer, gives you cleaner edges than waiting until it thaws even a little
03 -
  • Work quickly once you start adding toppings because the yogurt will soften and the fruit can start sinking into the base
  • A small offset spatula gives you the most even spread, but the back of a large spoon works perfectly fine if you do not have one
