Air Fryer Jalapeño Turkey Cheese (Printable)

# What you'll need:

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ Cheese

03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (optional)

→ Meats

05 - 4 ounces cooked turkey breast, sliced

→ Fruit & Vegetables

06 - 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
07 - 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat)

# Method:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
02 - Spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
03 - On the non-buttered side of each bread slice, spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese if using. Layer with one slice of Swiss cheese, half the turkey slices, 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce, half the jalapeño slices, and another slice of Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing outward.
04 - Place both sandwiches in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 6 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
05 - Remove sandwiches from the air fryer, let rest for 1 minute, then cut in half and serve immediately.
